Guerrilla Restaurant. Six Months - and It's Gone.

The owners of Smoke at the Belmont hotel are launching a "guerrilla restaurant" scheduled to be open for only 6 months starting in January. All proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army, the North Texas Food Bank, and the American Red Cross.

The fixed price menu ($70.00 per) will be created by a variety of chefs (names unreleased, as of now), and the restaurant will only be open on Monday and Tuesday evenings for two seatings.
